Previous content didn’t fully capture the dynamic and sensory experience of sushi-making, missing the opportunity to engage potential customers through social media.

My learnings
This project enhanced my ability to adapt quickly and manage real-time adjustments during the shoot. Despite technical challenges like filming on an iPhone and lighting issues, I maintained a smooth workflow. I learned the importance of flexibility, especially with a team new to working on camera, and the value of quick decisions in post-production, such as color grading to enhance the freshness of the ingredients.
